Par Event - 17th Sept 22
Not a lot to report this week with Saturday’s event washed out although one hardy group did squeeze in nine holes before retreating to the warmth of the clubhouse just in time to avoid a drenching.
A good field did turn out for Tuesday’s Stableford comp though with the in-form Ed McQuienn, (playing off a handicap of ten) taking out A grade with 36 points by one shot from Peter Blackmore (14 handicap) with 35 points.
Jeff “Cobba” Carnie as the B grade winner with 33 points from Craig Larcombe with 33 points.
In a very even field balls went to Robin Quinn, Peter Noble, Kelly Cheong and Gordon Mackay, all with 33 points.
Nearest the Pin trophies went to Gordon Mackay (A grade on the 3rd) and Robin Quinn (15th) taking home the voucher.
